Returns

You can stop it. You cannot yet send it back.

That is an uncomfortable sentence to put at the top of a shop and it is the true one. Here is precisely what it means.

What works today

Cancel before it is dispatched.

This is a real button on a real route, not a promise about a process.

Take your order reference and the ZIP code of the delivery address to order lookup. If the order is paid and has not been dispatched, it can be cancelled there and then, and it will not be sent.

Cancelling does not move money. There is no automatic refund path on this site, so the money comes back by hand. Our deadline to send it is seven working days from the cancellation, and that obligation is ours whether or not a button discharges it.

The blanks

Why there is no returns window.

A return address: There is no address published on this site that accepts parcels. A returns window is a promise to receive something, and promising to receive something at an address that does not exist is worse than saying nothing.
A window: None. This shop published a thirty-day returns claim once, with nothing behind it, and deleted it. It is not coming back before the address does.
A prepaid label: None. There is no carrier account to draw one from.
A telephone number: None. There is no line to give you, and a number nobody answers is a worse answer than none.

If something arrives wrong

That is a different conversation, and a shorter one.

Nothing on this page limits what you are owed when goods are faulty, not what was described, or never turn up. Those rights come from the law of your own state and from the Mail Order Rule, and a shop cannot write them away in a policy page — including this one. Write to us with the order reference and say what happened.
