Where is it, then.
There are no accounts on this site, so there is nothing to sign in to. An order is found by its reference, and the ZIP code on the delivery address is what unlocks the rest of it. Five digits is not a password and this page will not call it one — it is checked a few times per order and then it stops being checked, which is what keeps it from being guessed.

Why it asks for two things
A reference is a link. A link gets forwarded.
The reference on its own returns the state of an order and nothing that identifies a person. The address, and the cancel button, need the ZIP code as well — and only a handful of wrong ones, after which the order stops comparing them for a few minutes.
